Elodie Barker is an Adelaide Artist. She has now set up her own ceramic business at home in Adelaide and is currently a tenant in the Ceramic Studio at Adelaides JamFactory- making some highly creative- colourful- wacky sculptures which we love! This is where she creates her feature animals, mainly dogs and cats and chicken which are fired in an electric kiln to 1170 degrees Celsius. Elodies work explores animals, texture, colour, glaze and different clay bodies as she journeys through the magic of creating the fanciful creatures that offer humour. Using various colours, clays and glazes her handmade sculptures and usable ceramic pieces can be found in selected galleries across Australia .Funky Dog Ceramics – Every One is Unique!
